A University of Arizona Graduate Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 1990 and then attended law school at St. Mary's University. He actively participated in trial advocacy competitions and became a member of the Jessup Moot Court Team. He graduated in 1997 with his Juris Doctor.

A Licensed Attorney Since 1998 Mr. Davis passed the Texas State Bar Examination in February 1998. In 2007, he was elected to the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association and continues to serve to this day. He is also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyer Association, The American Bar Association, and is a former Executive Council Member of the State Bar of Texas Workers Compensation Section.

Past Accomplishments Mr. Davis has been invited to attend and speak at the State Bar of Texas’ Advanced Workers’ Compensation Law Seminar. He recently was part of a team that obtained a $70,000,000 verdict against an insurance company for violations.
